Parent Advocacy Center for Educational Rights (PACER)

PACER was created by parents of children and youth with disabilities to help other parents and families facing similar challenges. The site includes links to assistive technology (AT) information and resources, including previously-owned devices. Visit http://www.pacer.org/stc/.

Parents Helping Parents

Exploring Autism

The Bowen Foundation

The mission of the Bowen Foundation is to raise awareness and funds for the prevention, treatment, education and research efforts related to conditions along the autism spectrum and to improve the lives of individuals with these conditions, primarily here in Maryland.
