Assistant Fiscal Coordinator - Successful candidate must have a high school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, or an associates degree in business or a related field. Advanced Excel skills are required as well as knowledge of QuickBooks. Candidate must be detail oriented, flexible, and able to multi-task. Strong verbal communication and writing skills are needed. Candidate will be responsible for accounts receivables and accounts payables; this includes processing bills, processing receipt of monies, reconciling accounts and creating invoices and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. The assistant fiscal coordinator provides assistance to and back-up for the fiscal coordinator. This is a 12 month position.
