Assistant Teacher - Assistant teachers are active participants in the teaching team in each classroom, providing direct instruction and support to special needs students. Duties include providing instruction under the supervision of the lead teacher, assisting with classroom management, implementation of lessons and working directly with students developing social skills, as well as assisting with social emotional learning. This position is part of a dynamic team working toward creating exceptional educational outcomes for students with special needs. Small class sizes allow the teaching teams to make a meaningful difference in educating students. This is an 11 month position paid over 12 months. The qualified individual must have a bachelor's degree in education or a related field and preferably has experience working with children.
Substitute Teacher - A bachelors degree is required. The teaching environment includes small class sizes, maxing out at 10 students per classroom. Each classroom has a lead and an assistant teacher assigned; when substituting, you will fill in for the assistant teacher position. Great hours and fun working environment. Serious inquiries only.

Speech/Language Pathologist - The successful candidate for this position will have a thorough understanding of how communication functions within the brain and will be capable of developing treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of the student. Candidates should also be passionate about sharing their knowledge to improve a student's educational and social growth with families and a dynamic team of professionals. A masters degree in speech pathology is required. Supervision for CFY is available on site. Ability to work with a variety of students, families and team members is a must. Responsibilities:
Treat a variety of students with speech and language disorders and challenges in individual and group sessions.
Assess, develop and implement individual speech and language goals.
Work with a dynamic school team to create and implement programming that leads to educational and social growth.
Administer and interpret tests used to evaluate speech and language skills; counsel patients on the effects of their disorders.
